CAPTURE THE TESTIMONY
A deposition recording may be reviewed long before anyone decides which testimony to present. QLV helps your team plan the recording, exhibit view, and delivery needs at the start—then supports synchronization and clip preparation when your case moves forward.
Mike Flores is your contact for coordinating legal video assignments in greater Houston and through QLV’s nationwide network. Tell us whether the witness and attorneys will attend in person, remotely, or from multiple locations.

QLV provides remote-session hosting as well as legal video services. Coordinate the platform, participants, recording requirements, and exhibit presentation before the session. Hosting, videography, and document presentation can be scoped together.
Show the witness and the displayed exhibit together in a combined video layout. This can keep testimony connected to the document or image being discussed. Discuss the exhibit source and layout before recording.
Link the deposition recording to its transcript so testimony can be located through the text. Synchronization also supports preparation of page-and-line clips for later presentation.
FROM SESSION TO PRESENTATION
Send the date, start time and time zone, estimated duration, location or platform, and scheduling contact. Include picture-in-picture, hosting, or technician needs.
Identify the court reporter and participants, the exhibit source, and any special audio or display requirements. Discuss remote connection checks and room access where relevant.
Tell us the intended review or presentation software, required files, and delivery deadline. If synchronization is needed, coordinate when the final transcript will be available.
As your case develops, provide the page-and-line designations you want edited. QLV can prepare clips and help present them at a mediation, arbitration, or trial.
